Lucidyne technicians check your scanner remotely every two weeks and send you
a report of what was found after the installation of your new GradeScan system. They check temperature, pressure and electrical current usage logs as well as laser power. Graphs of these parameters
allow us to spot trends in component lifetimes and correct problems before they become serious. They examine reject reasons and solution queues to
be sure your scanner is working at top performance. The technicians have access to reports about any related activity performed during
the prior period.
Twice a year we visit your mill to clean the scanner, inside and out; verify scanner pressurization and repair to restore pressurization if necessary;
comply with outstanding
service bulletins; correct any problems with the scanner condition or safety; and completely calibrate the scanner to be sure it is operating at
its best.
This service is free for the first year. You can't buy a better insurance policy against downtime!
