Software

Loaner GMR's are available while we repair yours.Lucidyne provides software support to nearly 500 GMR installations worldwide. Our software is extremely user-friendly. Its menu driven format makes learning how to operate the system easy. The diagnostic sections provide maintenance personnel with immediate indications of potential trouble spots.

A copy of each GMR operating system software is downloaded by Lucidynes engineer during installation. It is stored in Corvallis, Oregon, where it is immediately available for troubleshooting, if this becomes necessary. Highly skilled senior programmers maintain this existing software while they continue to develop new applications.

Hardware

Qualified technicians insure quality work.Lucidyne is proud of its product and engineering service. The components making up the GMR series are of the best quality available. (Lucidyne's warranty for its manufactured components, system software, and parts included in the system but not manufactured by Lucidyne, is one full year after installation.)

Diagnostics are a key part of each GMR installation. When the need arises for telephone or field assistance, Lucidyne is quick to react. Normal requests, such as spare part orders or report format changes are handled during our office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific time. However, a 24-hour answering service can quickly locate a technician who can provide assistance when emergency help is needed. Using the modem supplied with the GMR computer, trouble spots are quickly located and corrected. Lucidyne's record for system uptime speaks for itself.
