Grading Support
Job Overview:
This job is a combination of support services for customers, engineering staff, and sales staff of our GradeScan systems with Perceptive Sight AI technologically.
Job Responsibilities Include (not limited to):
- Phone and onsite customer support
- Software engineer support
- Regression testing of new software
- Customer training
- System startup
- Troubleshooting system issues

Purchasing Assistant
Job Description:
This position will monitor and assist in Purchasing materials in support of Production Schedules and Customer Service orders. This includes purchasing materials to support those schedules, along with support in creating Sales Orders and kitting Work Orders associated with planned schedules. Qualified candidates must be well organized and able to support multiple projects/assignments. This position will have direct contact with Materials Supervisor and Production Coordinator to establish timeline compliance.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Purchased required materials in support of timelines established by Master Schedule and follow up on scheduled delivery of purchases.
- Communicate changes in materials availability to Materials Supervisor. (i.e. Product obsolescence, extended lead times, ect.)
- Kitting Work Orders from MRP as provided by Production Coordinator.
- Report unexpected Kit shortages to Production Coordinator.
- Monitor Inventory Levels and assist with annual Inventory Cycle Count.
- Assist with packaging Customer order shipments according to established operating procedures.
- Provide support to Material Supervisor and Production Coordinator in regard to project schedule needs.
- Attend Production meetings to assist in establishing schedules and timelines.
Required Skills
- Experience using Materials Requirement Planning software (MRP).
- Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Certified Grader
High-technology provider of automated lumber scanner/optimizer equipment is looking for certified graders to assist in evaluating our customers’ lumber and our system performance on grading the lumber. This is not a traditional lumber grading job, but a position that allows the certified grader to put those skills to use in a high-technology, leading-edge industry with a team of professionals working to advance the industry.
